  • Find the 2010 taxable value on your assessment change notice sent February 2010 (box 1 current year)
  • Find the percent "Principal Residence" on the same notice (Lower Part)
  • Locate the school district where your property is located.
  • If the notice shows 100% "Principal Residence", multiply the 2010 taxable value by the school district rate, from the list below.
