On the payment screen for taxes and w/s the Desired Payment Date is the date the system pulls your data to process your payment. You may use the date showing or enter a date on or before the due date of the bill. As the due date approaches the Desired Payment Date will show a date after the due date. You can still enter a payment using the Desired Payment Date showing on the screen. The system records the “real time and date” of your actual online payment.

Option 2: The money for the bill is charged to the credit card you specify. To pay electronically by credit card call 1-800-272-9829 or by internet access the website www.officialpayments.com. At the prompt enter code 3239. There is a convenience fee for this service.
