Property Tax Information

General property tax statutory language states if the last day to collect falls on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the due date is moved to the next business day.

Summer Taxes

All summer taxes are due by September 14th. These taxes can be paid at ALL Citizens Bank locations in Summit Township on or before September 14th, or at Summit Township, and only at the Summit Township offices after September 14th. YOUR CANCELLED CHECK IS YOUR RECEIPT.

1% interest is added on September 14th and 1% per month on the 1st thereafter. An additional 3% penalty is added on February 15th.

Winter Taxes

All winter taxes are due by February 14th. These taxes can be paid at ALL Citizens Bank locations in Summit Township on or before February 14th, or at Summit Township offices, and only at Summit Township offices after February 14th. YOUR CANCELLED CHECK IS YOUR RECEIPT

An additional 3% penalty is added on February 15th.
