The position requires an individual who is skilled at multitasking, has exemplary costumer service skills, enjoys working with the public and is team-oriented.  Experience with Microsoft Office.

Full-time Building and Utility Billing Clerk:

Summit Township (Jackson County) is seeking to fill a full-time position as Utility Billing and Building Department Clerk. Duties include Preparing utility billings and maintaining customers’ accounts. Creating and processing permits; including water and sewer permits, scheduling inspections, receiving payments at counter, assist with phone coverage and misc. office work when needed. The position requires an individual who is knowledgeable in office suite, enjoys working with the public and is team-oriented, has excellent customer service, and is able to multitask. Experience with BS&A Software helpful.
